With over two decades of industry expertise, Michael Stedman is a trusted professional in the energy sector. He boasts extensive knowledge in the areas of gas supply, risk management, and transportation, having held high-level positions at prominent companies such as Mirant Canada, Union Gas, and Centra Gas. Prior to founding Active, Michael honed his skills and built a solid reputation as a leader in his field. When he’s not hard at work, Michael indulges in his passions for golf, skiing and fine cuisine.
Chris Waddick
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Chris Waddick is a seasoned veteran of the energy industry with twenty years of experience and a proven track record of success. He has held positions of CFO, COO, and CEO at publicly traded companies, leading them through successful IPOs in the U.S. and Canada. He has also served as a director of both public and private company boards. With a keen eye for finance, Chris has raised $300 million in equity and debt financings. But he’s not all work and no play; Chris is an avid golfer who serves as the President of his golf club, a skier, and has a passion for Notre Dame football.
